5-Day The Yellow Mountains Trekking with Xin'an River Hiking

Overview
Yellow Mountain is one of the most beautiful and mystical places in China. A Hiking tour will help to truly appreciate the beauty and grandeur of this place which holds a special place in Chinese culture. A walk of about 14km per day (7 hrs) is required for the trip. Hike down to the canyon and along the tracks that get fewer visitors and see the breathtaking scenery.

Day 1Huangshan Arrival
On arrival to Huangshan, our guide will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel where you can have the rest of the day to yourself.
Day 2Huangshan
Your first trek will be on the Xin'an River, totaling about 10 kilometers this day. After breakfast, we will drive you 1 hour to Nanyuankou Pier and cross the river via small boat to start your hike. Along the way, you will visit a local primary school as well as a local family in order to learn what life is like in the countryside. A pack lunch will be provided by your guide.
Day 3Huangshan
On your third day with us, go on a tour of the Yellow Mountains. This range is among the most beautiful in all of China and the panoramas and natural extremes make for unbelievable views. The peaks often cut into the clouds and various hot springs and waterfalls complete the look and feel of the park. There is little traffic so your explorations will be as peaceful as nature intended.
Day 4Huangshan
Catching the moments of sun-rise in early morning is highly recommended. After breakfast, start your hiking today and we will explore the West Sea Grand Canyon. It offers some of the most beautifu and most enthralling landscapes on Huangshan with its deep valleys and cloud-bathed peaks. It takes at least 6 hours to do the whole loop of the V-shaped canyon tour.
Day 5Huangshan Departure
Before departing Huangshan today, first visit Tunxi Ancient Street which is full of old style buildings that are now shops, restaurants, and more. It is a pedestrian walkway so you can stroll at your leisure. Also, have lunch at a local restaurant which specializes in Hui and Hangzhou dishes. It is also famous for its dim sum plates. Afterwards, you will be transported to the airport for your outbound trip.

We use different hotels for different tour classes while the itinerary is the same. Deluxe Class is usually staying at a 5-star hotel, Superior Class at a 4-star hotel and Tourist Class at a 3-star level hotel. The prices for one person are based on sharing twin hotel rooms with another guest. A supplement is necessary if you want to book single rooms. And the prices may rise during national holidays, such as the National Day (September 30th to October 6th) and Chinese New Year (late January or early February)
